We do not remain abstract for long in the concept phase. Based on initial guardrails, working hypotheses and benchmarks, we develop real use cases and client-specific pilot models at an early stage.

Depending on the task, the pilot can cover the entire process chain: from portfolio and product structure through characteristics, rule sets and user interaction to pricing, approvals, BOM derivation, result objects and generated documents.

This allows the target model, architecture decisions and system boundaries to be validated early against real products and edge cases – before a major transformation program or extensive implementation is launched.
